Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-09
1. Introduction
HYPRPUMP ("we", "our", or "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have regarding your data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use the Service:
- Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed).
- Fitness profile: goals, experience level, available equipment, training preferences, and schedule — provided during onboarding.
- Workout data: plans, exercises, daily check-ins, streaks, and progress records.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns collected through cookies and analytics tools.
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and screen size for a better user experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Generate and personalize AI-powered workout plans.
- Adapt your daily workouts based on energy, time, and pain check-ins.
- Track your progress, streaks, and achievements.
- Send account-related emails (verification, password reset).
- Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
4. AI Processing
Your fitness profile and preferences are processed by AI models to generate personalized workout plans. This data is used solely for plan generation and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We may also use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used. These services collect anonymous usage data and do not personally identify you.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: trusted third parties that help us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Safety: to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
- When you share a plan yourself: you can create a link that makes one of your workout plans readable by anyone who has it, without an account. This is off unless you turn it on, one plan at a time, and you can turn it off again at any moment from the plan's page. A shared plan shows only the programme — its name, the exercises, sets, reps and intensity, and the equipment it assumes. It never includes your name, your email, your notes, or anything you have written about injuries or preferences. We do not list shared plans anywhere or allow search engines to index them, but a link is a link: anyone you send it to can pass it on, and other sites may keep showing a preview for a while after you turn it off.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure session management. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you — download a complete copy at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data. Your display name and your preferred weight unit can be changed in Settings → Account. Your email address is the address you sign in with, so we change it by hand once we have confirmed you hold the new one — email support and we will do it.
- Delete your account and associated data through the Settings page.
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time. Usage analytics can be turned off per browser in Settings → Data & Privacy; with it off, your browser does not contact our analytics provider at all.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed, and material changes are announced in the app. We do not send marketing or notification email — the only email we send is account email you asked for, like verifying your address or resetting your password. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us through the Service or at the email address associated with your account.
